Both the press and the flour were great. The flour is very fine ground but not to the extremity of corn starch, it was a light yellow and had some darker kernel hull bits here and there just like you see in corn meal. It was free of any lumps or rough bits, mixed easily with the water and salt in the recipe and held it's shape when pressed and toasted in the pan. The bag has a recipe for tortilla dough but I was thinking it would make some delicious hush puppies if the dough was a bit thinner.
