The drops are in olive oil, have the correct ratio of vitamin D3 to vitamin K2 and the taste is slightly peppermint. I would like to see this product without the peppermint but it's not enough to deter me from buying again as I feel this is a good product, best of it's kind actually. It works quite quickly to get those levels up and I take 3 drops a day in the morning with a small breakfast such as cereal and milk or buttered toast. I noticed while taking vitamin d you will be thirsty more often so increase water intake while using. This is a good thing as we all need hydration and it makes me want to drink water more. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the vitamin K is from MK7, a fermented soy. Comments say it contains no soy but I thought MK7 was from soy?
