Those ratios were for pure butterfly flower, so I love this tea. It makes me so happy to see turn blue when I add milk. The flavor is lovely and light and while it takes more to make a cup of tea, it'll probably last me a month if I drink it only a couple times a week. It doesn't bother me the way that Thai tea with the artificial coloring does. It is delicious and has a clean, Thai tea taste that is just like the colored one, but the beautiful blue color in this is ALL natural!!!! I also like that I only need to use two tablespoons per 16 ounce glass, rather than three, so it goes a little farther. Today I made it using my drip coffeemaker with one of those fine gold filters in the basket. I made 12 cups, and it worked perfectly--made a good, strong tea with no residue. I even ran a second partial carafe of water through the leaves again, and the result was still very good.
