Concrobium Mold Control effectively eliminates and prevents mold with no bleach, ammonia or VOCs. Concrobium works as it dries by crushing the mold spores at the roots and leaving behind an invisible antimicrobial barrier to prevent future mold growth. Apply Concrobium Mold Control in a thin, even layer over the affected surface. Allow to dry completely. With a Concrobium dampened cloth or brush, scrub the surface to clean away any remaining mold stains and residue. To protect against future mold growth, reapply Concrobium Mold Control on vulnerable surfaces.

Review: Stops Mildew on HVAC Radiator - I wasn't sure what to expect, but am pleasantly surprised that it worked instantly on the interior of the HVAC system to stop the mildew growth. I first used household vinegar, applied with a sprayer to the HVAC radiator which immediately stopped the strong mildew smell being circulated out each vent. But that may not be good for the metal long term, so I found this product to use going forward. I then used a garden sprayer to apply this product a few days later to the inside of the HVAC box, thoroughly soaking the radiator. There was no smell whatsoever. I wore gloves and a mask, in case the salts are caustic to skin, but there were no noticeable fumes. It's been a month. There has been no re-growth. No smell from the HVAC unit. I do not know if it will eventually wash off from condensation. But even if it had to be re-applied every year, it would be worth it.

**Q: Can this be used with a forger to treat inside hvac ducts?**
A: I used it in my fogging machine the last two days it does great.

**Q: is this a concentrate that needs to be diluted**
A: No. This is full strength for misting areas or spraying surfaces directly. Spray. Let it dry. You’re done. It kills the spores at the root by dehydrating then. It does not bleach the color out of the mold, so it will “look” the same.

**Q: Is this the same as the kind you can buy at the store, or is it more powerful?**
A: I'm not sure if it's the same stuff that is at the store.  We ordered it all online because we were in lockdown at the time.  It did work well for us at killing mold.

**Q: I’m removing some mold from basement.  can i paint over this?   or should i paint before i use it?   thanks.**
A: I would remove the mold before painting over it.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but am pleasantly surprised that it worked instantly on the interior of the HVAC system to stop the mildew growth. I first used household vinegar, applied with a sprayer to the HVAC radiator which immediately stopped the strong mildew smell being circulated out each vent. But that may not be good for the metal long term, so I found this product to use going forward.
