It comes well packaged. The consistency was a little wetter than what you would typically get back home, although there is very little of the edge fat which usually accompanies the wetter biltong, and also adds so much flavour. The quality of the meat is good with no hard or gristly bits that so often find their way into the pre-packaged biltongs here. I find the spicing and flavour quite good and to my taste, my wife however finds it a bit too spicy for her taste so its subjective I suppose.
