I used the FS on a small waterstone and was very happy with the results, it cleaned it up very quickly. That said, I was surprised to see that the FS has been worn down significantly. I had planned on using it on many of my older stones but realized it would be gone in no time if it wore in the manner it did with the first stone. I contacted Salma at Sharp Pebble with my concerns and she was very helpful. She explained that the FS I received must have been defective and replaced it with a new stone. The new FS arrives and worked perfectly with almost no visible wear. I would give the new FS 5 stars but because of the issues with the first stone, I’m staying at 4 stars.
