Review: Decent quality - Just a decent quality toothy paper. It’s not rough or heavy enough for watercolor or paints but it’s great for pen & marker. It would work for ink. It’s not a hot press or smooth paper tho, definitely has some tooth to it, so idk it’s not really made for marker either. It’s a nice book for the sketchbook & the pages don’t rip out or bend when you turn it. And it’s a heavy enough paper it’s easy to turn the page. I could see it working with all kinds of dry multimedia, but I wouldn’t paint on it or it would buckle.

Just a decent quality toothy paper. It’s not rough or heavy enough for watercolor or paints but it’s great for pen & marker. It would work for ink. It’s not a hot press or smooth paper tho, definitely has some tooth to it, so idk it’s not really made for marker either. It’s a nice book for the sketchbook & the pages don’t rip out or bend when you turn it. And it’s a heavy enough paper it’s easy to turn the page. I could see it working with all kinds of dry multimedia, but I wouldn’t paint on it or it would buckle.

It was a gift for our grandson, and he loves the paper for a variety of projects. It’s thick enough that most markers won’t bleed through, but not so rough that it messes up a pencil drawing.
