Threads came loose in a few spots that holds other stabilizers. I had to sew them back myself. Velcro is losing stickiness.I average less than 30 min of usage a day. Machine-washed only 2 times. (The label says it's ok for machine wash) The rest of the time, I hand washed them.I contacted the seller, and was told that this is normal wear and tear. They could only offer discount on new purchases, and I need to provide pictures. I guess I am going to post them here as well.This is a great product while lasted. If you want to get them, be prepared to buy new ones every 10-11 months.*****************************************************If there's a 10 star rating, I would've given it.This knee brace is the reason I can play basketball again. Something I couldn't do for the past 8 years due to knee pain.I now play 3 hours of bball every week and suffer NO knee pain.
