What I've noticed in the last 3 bags or so is an ever increasing ratio of parsley and herbs. It's not as much as some other brands, but what first attracted me and kept me coming back for more of these was the near absence of flaky herbs that can be overpowering. It's not as much as some other brands, but it's a disappointing trend. Enough so that I felt an update was in order and i deducted 1 star.Original:I don't write reviews often, but this vegetable pack is really one worth mentioning for those that just want plain good old veggies.If you're like me and have tried a wide variety of dehydrated vegetables then you know it's extremely difficult to find any that don't have a mass amount of overpowering herbs/parsley that make everything you put your veggie mix in taste exactly the same.
