I do appreciate the fact that they came with all the right things needed to apply, and I followed the instructions to the letter. However, the air bubbles are crazy. There are a ton and they just aren't going away.Obviously others haven't had such issues, so who know, but I suppose I'll just take mine to the AT&T store and let them install one of the expensive ones they have there. ### ⭐⭐ Not hard glass, not bubble-free *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2020* Just installed on my Galaxy S-10. The product description says it is glass but it is not a hard glass screen protector. It is a flexible material. When I did have a bubble, I tried to squueegee it out but that left a permanent mark. I tried to pull off the guide sticker and that left a permanent bubble.
