**Q: I thought you werent suppose to use vitamin c and retinol at the same time due to effecting eachothers ph level and making both less effective?**
A: If two things are acidic they react. Just like in chemistry and baking.

**Q: What color is this cream supposed to be?  White or soft yellow - conflicting comments, want to ensure a true product rather than a knock off.**
A: Mine is a soft yellow, especially compared to the white of the inside of the little jar.  It is the same I have always gotten for the past year I have been using it.

**Q: Do i need to use a serum if i use this?**
A: I think that would be up to you

**Q: where does the stem cells come from?**
A: This company touts that they ethically source all their ingredients, so most likely fruit/other plant stem cells. (Obviously I don't mean literally from a plant's stem lol)
