Also 8 Guage is pretty small. Rated over 800 watts rms. Pushing 12" sub, 2 PM282WB's and 2 Kicker 6X9's ### ⭐ Fries itself under a 2ohm load. Avoid. *by M***. on March 27, 2016* Rockford. You have officially gone down the tubes with this amplifier. After 2 units have lasted a matter of hours before failing, we can conclude that this thing will not push a 2 ohm load to save it's life. Dual batteries, full 14v source, 4 AWG wiring, everything perfect.. and it fries itself under a 2ohm load. There is absolutely no excuse for this. I've installed stereos for years and dealt with many, many brands. This isn't a garage hack job but a fully professional install.
