You do get what you pay for.This belt gives much better support than the cheaper versions, as the adjustable white bands are clearly stronger.Its very easy to put on and well made. Once you get used to it, you'll find you can move well and operate as normal while wearing it. Also, the material lets the skin breathe better than is the case with the cheaper belts.Just remember, this is not a silver bullet cure for Sciatica.
