A: No.  The Tire is made for indoor use and only for flipping and maybe box jumps.  If you hit this with a sledge hammer you will ruin it.  You’re gonna need a real rubber tire to bounce a sledge hammer off of

A: Only one 88lbs tire was in the shipment I ordered.
