**Q: can the chain fit through a 1 inch hole?**
A: Yeah it will.

**Q: Does the key come out when the chain is unlocked? This is my second one where the key stays inside the chamber when the lock is unlocked.**
A: No. You have to unlock and then remove key

**Q: One of my keys have been misplaced. How can i get a copy of it?**
A: Contact Kryptonite directly and be ready to give them the S/N on the lock

**Q: Key lock verses digital code locks?**
A: I only use bike locks once in a while and typically for short periods of time. Like a quick stop for lunch. For this application I like keys. I tend to lose track of combinations over time.  Especially when they are hanging in my basement for a year or more. Keys stay in the lock when not being used so I don't have to have a system for keeping track of combinations.
