Reconstitute with sterile water that you've canned... we're talking serious emergency situations correct? **Q: Is it butter? Salty?** A: I have been buying this butter for 5 years. I don't buy store butter anymore. It tastes just like home-made. My husband and I love this product. It is as natural a butter as you can get, not salty. You won't be disappointed. **Q: why does this say it's plant based if made from cream and salt?** A: cows eat grass, then make cream **Q: no price or number on can. Why is this?** A: My can has some numbers on bottom of can. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/1860864-red-feather-creamery-canned-butter-a-real-butter-from-new](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/1860864-red-feather-creamery-canned-butter-a-real-butter-from-new) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
