Happy Belly Brand is a well known company in China. They have collaborated a deal with Amazon to partner up and be distributed on Amazon as an Amazon Brand. It's still the Happy Belly Brand with new packaging to list Amazon as the distributor. Remember Amazon is a distributor, not a manufacturer. **Q: Do these now have a new recipe? Pardon my ignorance but explain “Reformulation”** A: Reformulation is changing the ingredients while keeping taste, look… etc. To me, they tasted like the cookies McDonald’s hadBack in the 80’s **Q: When will the chocolate chunk cookies be available again?** A: They seem to be available now. I just ordered a package of them. **Q: are these vegan cookie? I don't see a mention of milk or eggs.** A: Look at the ingredients list on the Amazon site - you have to expand the thumbnail that shows the package back. Ingredients are below the nutritional panel. It clearly states eggs and may contain milk. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lots of choclate! *by J***S on September 13, 2026* Generous cholate in a tasty cookie i love the taste of these amazon cookies ive purchases. Just very good with a awesome price!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft, Delicious, and Loaded with Chocolate Chips. *by M***Z on July 31, 2026* I absolutely loved these cookies! They have a soft texture that makes every bite delicious. The chocolate chips are generous and taste amazing, making them the perfect snack any time of the day. I would definitely buy them again and highly recommend them to anyone who loves soft chocolate chip cookies. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent cookies *by Z***E on June 17, 2026* So far these seem to be pretty decent cookies. They are sweet and have a nice ratio of batter to chocolate chips. However, if you are used to Chips ahoy cookies (which have a salty taste), you may find them to be too sweet. My kids, unfortunately, found it that way, so I won’t be purchasing them again. ## Frequently Bought Together - Amazon Grocery, Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies, 11.75 Oz (Previously Happy Belly, Packaging May Vary) - Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Pecan Shortbread, 11.3 ounce (Pack of 1) - Amazon Saver, Crispy Oatmeal Cookies, 12 ounce (Previously Happy Belly, Packaging May Vary) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/185751580-amazon-grocery-chunky-chocolate-chip-cookies-11-75-oz-previously](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/185751580-amazon-grocery-chunky-chocolate-chip-cookies-11-75-oz-previously) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
