My only issue was getting the suppository to stay inside my lady part. The ovule stays perfectly, but the suppository looks like a bullet & wanted to shoot out like one, as well. Needless to say, the applicator did not work for me & I had to intervene...which was a bit uncomfortable & ridiculous considering I keep my nails long & manicured.
