**Q: If color composite is input will the output also be color?**
A: Yes the vga color output is in color.

**Q: Would this work for a Wii? :)**
A: You would be better off buying the Wii to HDMI adaptor if using for a Smart TV, they are inexpensive.

**Q: Will this work to plug my old nes into my pc monitor?**
A: Hm, never thought about it, but in theory it should as the res from the nes was like 320x240 or something, some older cameras are of that res.. If you try 50 50 chance at best.

**Q: What’s the audio solution if I were to connect my ps2 to my old monitor? Since I only connect the video out to the device**
A: This will handle the video channel only, usually Yellow RCA jack, your audio will have to go to a separate device, something amplified.
Easiest would be something like computer speakers, although those will have a 3.5mm headphone jack input so you'd need an adapter from RCA to Headphone jack. Easy to find and not expensive, just a wire with connections.
Some of the computer speakers have sub woofers etc for better sound. 
Another option would be you could find a small audio amplifier or receiver and route to regular home speakers.
