A: I would go with the size 1 shoe. It will give them an opportunity grow a bit into them.

A: big kids size are women's so not sure

A: I find they run true to size.  So I would say a 3.

Finally fulfilled my kid dream with these today. They are actually pretty easy to learn, I'm surprised. Size is exact tho. I might buy a size up later on when I get more comfortable
