Review: Hot Hot Hot - Bought this to use in our temporary kitchen during construction. It works great. However, the high BTU burners are a good/bad thing. At 20,000 BTU’s each, water boils in a snap, but eggs burn in a second. It takes a little bit of time to figure that out so if you’re cooking anything sensitive and don’t want it burnt, start the burner and immediately turn it to low and adjust the heat from there. Small pots and pans are also tippy on the open grates, so get yourself a pair of cast iron diffusers too.

**Q: Is there a cover for this stove?**
A: no there is not. i use a grill cover on mine.

**Q: How well can you control low temps?  i see one person say "only high" - but with so many people buying, i would think there would be more complaints.**
A: There is High and Low setting.  Although the low setting on infrared still hotter than regular propane flame.  Great for deep fry and boiling, not so good simmer.

**Q: What is the warranty on this stove?**
A: Check warranty it comes with I threw mines out after I got it and started cooking

**Q: How would this be inside a sailboat cabin?**
A: This Propane Gas Range Stove is only for outdoor, never used inside or close compartment.
