If so, where can I get 1??** A: The reel clamps haven't always been available. The recent reels sold have them but they haven't always come with them. Contact Frigate Sales and James will advise you of how to get one or supply you with one. **Q: will this reel attach to any rod? is the motor 12 volt?** A: Yes it will attach to any rod that has a reel seat and is made for at least 15 lbs of drag. And it is 12 volt **Q: Can you order a cord that has a plug end like for a trolling motor instead of alligator clips** A: Yes, frigate sales stocks the hubbell plugs and can provide the cord assembled with the plug. **Q: Reel is supposed to take 1000m of 100lb.test braided. Had to stop spooling at 600m because no more space. Feedback please.** A: The reel is supposed to hold 800m of PE8 100lb test which has a diameter closer to that of 80lb braid.
