Review: Positively surprised - Once installed under the mattress, it becomes a setup-and-forget device. The data captured by the device appears to be reliable, and is useful, especially in conjunction with the interpretation aid provided by the app. The “time to get up” is the only metric that’s currently not captured accurately. Overall, for sleep tracking it’s so much more convenient than a smartwatch at your wrist or ankle. Also good integration with Apple Health.
Review: This is different, and its very good... - I have given up with sleep monitor watches, as they typically fail to work as expected, or fail to work at all after a few months. BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGY, AND ITS VERY GOOD. After more than a year of use, this reliably tells me how my sleep was. I suffer from OSA, and it correctly tells me the times when that is worst, which I now know is accurate as it echoes hospital monitor data perfectly. Its ability to detect the three basic levels of sleep is consistently very good. There are some intelligent algorithms at work here, and they serve me well.

**Q: Does this give you any more analysis than wearing a HR Fitbit/activity tracker round your wrist - is this an alternative or in addition to?**
A: Hi i use this in addition to my withings watch which has a basic sleep function. It gives you a measurement of the length and type of sleep  - light, deep, REM sleep - it measure you heartbeat and average heartbeat and specifically it measure any episodes of sleep apnoea on a medically approved basis and gives you a rate per hour. as an over-weight middle-aged man with high blood pressure this has been really reassuring especially as I have been able to see my apnoea fall as I have lost weight thus helping me avoid the use of a night-time air-pressure device which is like trying to sleep in a snorkelling mask. It also "listens" for snoring and tells you how much time is involved. It doesn't measure "annoying breathing" (!) which can still cause your partner to want to "put a pillow over your face " - apparently.

**Q: Do you still do the 30 returns no questions asked when it’s brought through amazon and not your site**
A: No

**Q: If the phone is off during the night, will it automatically sync with the phone when switched on having already got out the bed**
A: As long as your phone and Sleep Analyzer are connected to your Wi-Fi network after you wake up, your sleep data should sync automatically.

**Q: I am like the princess and the pea... Can you feel this at all under matteresses or toppers?**
A: Yes, it is possible. Alternatively, if you feel the Sleep Analyzer when lying in your bed, you can place it between the mattress and bed frame. Once installed under the mattress, it becomes a setup-and-forget device. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Confirmed what my wife had been telling me

I’ve used this now for over a month and it has certainly indicated, what my wife has been saying to me about my sleep for ages, was correct and therefore I need to seek further medical advice. However, should your partner/wife/husband roll over on to your side of the bed, it will also be added to your sleep score and charts even if you have been up before them for a while. I also have an Apple Watch which can record some of the items which the matt does - these readings can differ between the two pieces of tech probably because of differing technology.
