Review: Great Ramps for the Price! - The 7.5' folding aluminum ramps are great. I got them to load a medium-sized snowblower into my Chevy Colorado. Way better than the short, heavy, steel ones with ths cheese grater treads for not much more money. These are longer, lighter and provide perfect incline, with a curve/arch near the top, and the blower tires grab the ladder style treads and loads very easily and safely alone. The straps are essential, the ramp tabs will slip off easily on wet or icy pavement if you don't use the straps. Sure, takes an extra minute to connect them, but worth it to spare damage or injury. No worries at all with the straps sinched down. One mod I added are some thin strips of rubbery flex seal tape along the bare aluminum that butts up against the tailgate when setting them up, to add a buffer and avoid scratching up the plastic on the tailgate. I like these a lot, and they are the best option for this price or higher.
