We attached this Hansgröhe head to a Gröhe hose, which was absolutely fine (no leaks). It's also fed by a Gröhe thermostatic tap, which offers a good water pressure. The head has three types of spray - wide (full width of the head) central (inner spray) and running water (like water from a tap). Selecting these three settings is very easy and can be done with your eyes shut (required during hair washing) just press the recessed button at the neck of the handle - each press changes the spray. The spray is comfortable and not aggressive, like some showerheads. I would add, this showerhead probably requires a decent water pressure, to offer a satisfying shower. Weak water pressure is likely to disappoint. Our water pressure is normally very good. The product came well packaged, as expected and protected by various materials.
