Flies are naturally drawn to bright, light-catching surfaces, and once they land the adhesive holds them fast. - LAY IT, STAND IT, OR HANG IT: Square end caps let you lay the stick flat on either end, stand it upright beside or under equipment, or hang it horizontally or vertically with the built-in end hooks, on windowsills, in kitchens, garages, barns, and stables. - INCLUDED FOOD-BASED LURE DRAWS FLIES IN: Each Gold Stick comes with a food-based lure that draws house flies, gnats, and other flying insects to the sticky surface, so it actively pulls flies in, not just waits for them to land. Add the lure to the bottom cup, or use your own household food like BBQ sauce or apple cider vinegar to target a specific pest. - HEAVY DUTY CATCHMASTER GLUE: 96 square inches of Heavy Duty adhesive, backed by 70+ years of Catchmaster glue know-how, stays tacky and holds house flies, gnats, and other flying insects on contact, indoors or out. - HOME & FAMILY PROTECTION: No sprays and nothing to plug in, just a strong sticky surface that works passively day and night. Designed with family and pets in mind. Keep out of reach of children and away from hair and skin. - SETS UP IN SECONDS, VALUE 4-PACK: Four gold fly sticks keep fresh traps on hand for every problem spot, from the kitchen to the patio, through peak fly season, indoors and out. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B083ZGVJ28 | | Best Sellers Rank | #10,016 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #390 in Pest Control Traps | | Brand | Catchmaster | | Brand Name | Catchmaster | | Color | Gold | | Customer Reviews | 3.7 out of 5 stars 2,994 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 1.13"L x 1.13"W x 10"H | | Item Weight | 5.92 ounces | | Manufacturer | Catchmaster | | Manufacturer Part Number | GLD_0001 | | Material | Paper | | Material Type | Paper | | Model Number | GLD_0001 | | Number of Pieces | 3 | | Product Dimensions | 1.13"L x 1.13"W x 10"H | | Recommended Uses For Product | Garage, barn and stable fly catching, Indoor fly control for home, Kitchen gnat and fruit fly trapping, Outdoor fly control for patio and porch, Window and entryway fly trapping | | Style | Insect Fly Trap | | Style Name | Insect Fly Trap | | Target Species | Mosquito, Gnat | | Unit Count | 4 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Catchmaster - **Color:** Gold - **Item Weight:** 5.92 ounces - **Material:** Paper - **Number of Pieces:** 4 - **Product Dimensions:** 1.13"L x 1.13"W x 10"H - **Style:** Insect Fly Trap - **Target Species:** Mosquito, Gnat - **Unit Count:** 4 Count ## Images ![Gold Stick 4-Pack, Sticky Hanging Fly Traps Indoor & Outdoor - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81MssrAQc+L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How to remove sticky stuff from cat’s fur??** A: OMG! I know the answer to this. I yanked off the fly strip and got out my lighter fluid. I wiped my cats tail down with the lighter fluid, wiped off the excess and then washed his tail with some mild shampoo, rinsed and dried off his tail. This was about 10 days ago and he had no reaction. Just make sure you get all the lighter fluid off. Could be a two person job depending on the cat! May the force be with you! **Q: Will it work with mosquitos?** A: It might, it didn't work with our flies, but caught some gnats. **Q: Does this work for blow flies?** A: Seems to work on all flying insects. I have a insect zoo on some of these. **Q: Might it work(better?) on moths, which are attracted to light(the yellow color)?** A: Not sure I just use them in the house. They keep the fruit flys and mites off my plants. Work great and last a long time.. ## Frequently Bought Together - Catchmaster Gold Stick Fly Trap 4-Pk, Bug & Fruit Fly Traps for Indoors & Outdoors, Premium Adhesive Mosquito, Gnat, & Bug Catcher, Insect Killer, Pet Safe, Bulk Pest Control for Home - Zevo Flying Insect Trap & Cartridge - Plug in Fly Trap & Indoor Bug Catcher for Gnats, House & Fruit Flies - Mess-Free - Use in Any Room - Uses Blue & UV Light (1 Plug in Device & 1 Cartridge) - Zevo Flying Insect Trap Refill - for The Zevo MAX & Standard Indoor Fly Trap - Catch Gnats, House & Fruit Flies - Easy to Use - Mess-Free Disposal (4 Refill Cartridges) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/182280503-gold-stick-4-pack-sticky-hanging-fly-traps-indoor-outdoor](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/182280503-gold-stick-4-pack-sticky-hanging-fly-traps-indoor-outdoor) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
