I have wide feet and these sandals fit just right and true to size (normally wear 7 UK G fit and got Size 7 UK). I also have a pair of Langdon open-toe sandals and they fit about the same. I think if you already have a pair of Tevas you can order the same size. Obviously everyone has different feet, but for me these have been comfortable straight from the box, use them to walk an average of 5 miles everyday since day one and no blisters or any other issues. Have not experienced the heel scraping that many people have reported in the reviews. They are warmer in tropical weather than open-toe sandals, but have found them to be more versatile as have been able to get into some restaurants and bars in Asia that have a no sandal or flip flop dress code and they are much safer for hiking and water sports as your toes are protected. That is the only reason. They seem to very well made and solid. Like most quality shoes, these need to be worn in in order to take the shape of your foot. Best worn around the house for a while, whilst breaking them in. Toes and heels are well protected. Useful pull cord too.
