Other reviews seem to indicate that these are hit or miss on the quality. I think I got a decent set. I checked them as best as I could with what equipment I have. Alignment, tube diameter, squareness, etc seemed ok so I proceeded with mounting. They sit tight and solid. Going to the range in the next few dates to sight in and verify hold on 30-06 recoil. All in all not a bad set of rings for under $20. Yes they are made in China (as is a lot of stuff on the market). Monstrum seems to be filling a hole in higher scope mount options for 1 inch tubes.
