It's good, but not great, for my palate. But I'm comparing it to my own homemade Stroganoff. So that's hardly fair. I can imagine that it tastes great when you've returned from a long hike, ravenous and tired. A quick, tasty meal is much appreciated. Let it rest for about a minute longer than package directions indicate, so that no pasta pieces are even slightly crunchy.
