With having a C-section and all the extra gas and bloating and breastfeeding/pumping I’m constantly inclined to slouch over and wearing this girdle definitely helps with posture. I’m currently 10 weeks post patting and I still find myself reaching for it. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that once you’ve shrunk down a bit the elastic doesn’t stretch enough to get any tighter so it slides up and you gotta readjust sometimes and the bottom flap that lays on your stomach gets scrunched up.
