There are no issues with this laptop, the sound is outstanding, the screen is clear, its light, it looks gorgeous and the casing and keys feel high quality. although the fans are constantly whirring (as you would expect from a laptop using an AMD processor, they are very quiet and non-disruptive.

Bought as a present for my daughter and her children tom replace an ageing laptop. It is very light by comparison, very fast, has a touch screen as well. Is fast when connected to the internet and downloads stuff very quickly. So far she is delighted with it, and what a difference it makes compared to her older slower HP laptop. Processor is the AMD Ryzen 3 variant with 8gb Ram and 250gb solid state drive, running windows 10 home version. Recommended.

I have to admit... I have never owned a computer or laptop! As someone that does videography as a hobby, that is unheard of haha. Whilst the world come to a standstill, holidays were cancelled, I took the plunge! I got recommendations from a few friends that for sub £500, the HP was one of the best in class. A perfect sized screen, very lightweight and durable. As someone that is a novice to Computing, that was enough for me. The laptop arrived on time, perfectly packaged, secure and safe from the elements. The fear hit me, this is mine (I don't know if I'm the only one, but when you purchase something of value, you are terrified to use it, almost babying it). I very very carefully unpackaged it. First thing I noticed was how light this laptop is. The weight is perfect for travelling, nice light and felt robust. The beautiful exterior, with a brushed aluminium look, really appeals to me. Love the aesthetic! I didn't waste time with charging! 3 hours before use, use until it runs out of battery and then charge another 3 hours (My mate told me this is a perfect method of exercising the capacity). The screen is so clear, nice bright and incredible resolution. The sound quality is amazing too, the first test was a few films on Netflix. The Bang & Olufson sound system really gives a clear and crisp sound, almost a surround sound. I got myself a game capture kit at the same time, Elegato HD60, the game picture was beautiful and bright! The graphics card isn't to the standards a lot of the gaming laptops on the market, however, it holds up extremely well! The keyboard has a nice feel, the keys feel very responsive and are not made with cheap plastics, instead opting for metal keys. Satisfying sound as you type away or use for gaming. The Touch-Screen is very quick, very precise and makes it much easier for video editing. Always worked very well and hasn't had a delay yet. I have had a few issues here and there. Slow start up, the battery draining quick at times, the storage is pretty small as well. One thing I will mention in the bottom of the laptop does feel a little more fragile than the rest of the laptop. First few uses you would move the laptop or pick the laptop from the bottom, it feels like it flexes, or makes a click noise. Really scared me at first, thinking I broke it already. I have had this laptop since June 2020 and honestly, it has changed my life. I don't know how I never had a laptop, and honestly can't live without it. One of my favourite purchases, one that gives me so much joy, especially whilst still furloughed, making video after video. It has some parts that need improving, namely the storage being small, battery at times draining, however, I love this laptop and highly recommend if you want a laptop for under £600. Perfect for students and any new laptop owners.

Brought this laptop to replace a very old HP laptop. The design has been updated to represent the Apple Mac look, keypad,screen tone and mouse controls.I haven't experienced any difficuities with conacting to the WI FI, audio or noise from the fan . It's still early days as only recieved today. Loving the look so far and speed hopefully not like others have commented that it will crash. I'm unable to comment on the battery will come back and review if anything changes. So far I'm happy with my purchase

i wanted a good reliable more up to date system that did what I wanted with the minimum of fuss, and HP devices have not let us down so far. if you want an all singing all dancing computer this would not be for you, but for reasonably competent users like me it is excellent.
