I will say that they have less of an effect on PH than I was expecting even at a KH of only 2. I used them to breed neon tetras and had success with hatching! They were effective in keeping the adults from eating the eggs.

Has been good for using in my Betta tanks. Some leaves drift down instantly and some float for awhile. It's made good cover for smaller tank mates and adding tannins to the water. The packaging could be a little better with a resealable element. A few didn't effect my water color too much. Did not effect my fish negatively either. Leaves look like just normal dried leaves. Would buy again.
