Review: Very Beautiful when put together. - After reading all the reviews I was a little uncertain about this purchase. However, I am very happily surprised. We always purchase a real tree and this is our first year with a fake. The tree is very full and looks very nice. My husband was against going fake cause everything we had seen in the stores were just junk, but even he was very happy and surprised at how nice this was. We ordered the 9' and it is literally 9'. Pros - its very full, beautiful and easy to put together (however it is heavy for me and my husband had to help). Cons- no smell of a real tree obviously I knew what I was getting into with that, it did take a couple hours to fan out all the branches but I did expect that after reading all the reviews, last you cannot plug a normal tree top/star in so you need to find one that has a screw fitting instead of a traditional plug, still shopping for that in hopes to find it. Overall I'm very happy! I felt the price was fair based on other trees I had shopped. Only complaint and it is more of a suggestion, I would've liked more lights, since you cannot add lights unless you run an extension cord, but that defeats one of my purposes of the purchase, so I dont have to mess with lights anymore, but it was enough lights to keep me happy. The change of color and blinking feature of the lights is very cool but I just love the clear lights. I think if you have small kids I could see them enjoying the colored ones. Very simple but the overall tree has some heft to it. So setup in place. Once assembled it will take some time to straighten out branches. Give it about an hour or two. The lights are easily connected and saves you time from having to string lights. **Q: what size is the box it comes packed in?** A: The tree is in four pieces, so the box was about 6ft long. Looks great & easy to put together. ### ⭐ The audacity *by L***A on November 27, 2024* First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items.
