Review: Excellent Cookware - Attractive and well made set. I’ve already washed in the dishwasher and the set dried well. Also, this far , there is no sticking to the pans.
Review: NO STICK PANS - These pans are great. If you read the instructions on the best way to use them, I think they will last forever. I tried stainless steel....fail. I used every trick and tip I could find and everything I cooked in them would stick. Not these pans. I only hand wash, takes 2 seconds. No metal utensils, low to medium heat and NO non stick cooking spray. I poured a little olive oil in the pan... no stick. I used a little butter.. no stick I used nothing this morning, fried eggs.. NO stick. So far, they are great. I cook twice a day, so even though I've owned them a short time, I have used them a lot. I took a picture of the pan after I cooked the eggs and right after I cleaned it. Even the bottom of the pan still looks new. I've used this pan about 10 times already.

**Q: So I just received my order of the 15 piece but I didn’t get the loaf pan so what do I do to get it**
A: I disagree, these pans are great.   I have even used a knife in it and nothing, everything from scrabbled eggs, steaks, chicken veggies, nothing sticks and it cooks evenly

**Q: Are these pots and pans pfoa free?**
A: Not aluminum free. Research shows connection of aluminum and dementia which leads to Alzheimer’s. Mom threw all our aluminum pans when I was a kid we had the old school Club pans. Mom won’t drink from aluminum cans.

**Q: Do lids have vents?**
A: Yes.  I love these pans!

**Q: is the exterior real copper?**
A: Not positive but they cook wonderfully and they haven’t tarnished or gotten scratched. Clean up is a breeze also.

I don't care what others may have said, let's just face it there are people out there paid to discredit others. I wanted to use this cookware for many weeks before giving my review. I followed the directions! I didn't use any spray oil, only butter or oil. I don't usually cook dry but have no doubt nothing would stick as I used the steamer a lot and small pieces fall through and stick to the side of the pan but they wipe off easily. I have never had to soak or scrub and actually could have just used a paper towel to wipe clean. I have cooked everything from pasta meals to meats, eggs, and browned potatoes with no problems. Heat distribution is superb. I had always wanted cookware I could display below my dishes and this cookware is beautiful. It doesn't discolor and looks brand new after many weeks of constant use. I read some of these reviews and really thought long and hard about whether to try it. I'm also grateful for the price. If I had seen them beforehand I would have been willing to spend easily much more. The price is unbelievably low for the quality. The bakeware was also included and it's the same heavy duty quality. My muffins and cakes were perfect and slid right out. Again, I didn't use spray oils and that may be the issue some have had.
