My Dr. recommended this product. The Dr. told me, a woman has hips, an it will ride up. I still wear it, as it does releive my back. It is good for men. I do wear it when lifting, or shoveling snow. Anything that puts pressure on my back. It is very easy to use and adjust, and the size was good.
