Review: The best egg pan - Don't underestimate the size of this pan. It's a mini pan. Just the size for a single egg. Make sure you follow instructions on care and use I'm sure this one will last me a long time. The only down side making a full breakfast is you have to use a second pan for bacon and beans review update after months of using. frying an egg isn't the dream i right it was. a teaspoon of oil used to fry an egg and it still stuck to the surface. washing is still easy. it peels right off. the purpose of buying this pan is defeated now that i have to use as much oil as i do for a hard anodised pan
Review: Great! only one problem - Works great, truly non stick, super easy to clean. Quality made and materials, price is high. It fit's one egg perfect, too perfect. If you like your egg sunny side up it's perfect. But if you want to flip your egg there is no room to get your spatula under and it often folds over instead of a perfect flip. My first 2 eggs were a mess, the third one was fine. Maybe it just takes some practice on my end.

**Q: Is the bottom perfectly flat.  I have a cooktop that requires that the pan bottom make perfect contact with it.**
A: I would say :yes, to flat' on the bottom ! ~ I suggest the grille pans too,( make a little set of three !

A: If you use a diffuser

**Q: Does it fit one egg and a couple of bacon**
A: It's too short for cooking bacon unless you cut the bacon in half (or thirds). It's also too small to cook the bacon beside the egg. If I were making a breakfast for one, I'd cook the bacon first and then cook an egg or two in the bacon drippings. The diameter of the pan is about 6 inches, about the size of a medium-sized pancake.

**Q: can this pan be used in the oven?**
A: Yes, the stay-cool silicone wrapped handles and pan can be used in the oven. Max oven temp of 200C or 392F.
