With all the micro plastics that are in our bodies, you can eliminate plastics by getting stainless steel.. So plastic is out of the question whenever I can eliminate it. I didn’t realize it, but I actually had one of their utensils in my kitchen drawer, so I decided to get the spoon and spatula to go with it. Great quality, awesome grip and the stainless steel is not flimsy. It is premium quality. They are very generous with the stainless steel material.

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: It is manufactured in China

**Q: What is the length of the slotted spoon?**
A: It is 12" long.  Very durable.

**Q: Is the handle dishwasher-safe? i ask because a similar one from another vendor feels icky-sticky after going through the dishwasher.**
A: It seems to be. I don’t heat dry after washing, I wait a bit for the dishwasher to cool down and then I towel dry those items that will spot.

**Q: Is the handle heat resistent?**
A: No it's not. It melted when it touched the hot wok.
