**Q: in the photos, on the front it says 100 caps at 450 mg. but on the back it says 50 caps at 900mg. which is it?**
A: You have 100 /450 mg each . Serving is 2/450= 900mg. so you have 50 servings

**Q: One photo says ginseng indien, another says full spectrum. is it the same product?**
A: Both are likely correct references. Another name for ashwaganda is indian ginseng. Full spectrum means that an extract is balanced, based on the original herb. The bottle I currently have says full spectrum.

**Q: Why doesnt this Ashwagandha smell like other brands? There is no smell or taste at all.**
A: I did not know it had a smell to it.  All I know is that this brand helped me out.  I was always edgy about everything!  After taking a full bottle of this Ashwagandha I noticed I was more mellow so I ordered a second bottle without hesitation.

**Q: Can i open the capsules and add it to my herbal teas??**
A: I am not sure what that would taste like as I have never tried.
