## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can i get a replacement cord /what protocol does the cord use (such as usb-c) ? my son pulled the clock off my sons dressers and broke the cord.**
A: Did you get a replacement cord? We have the same problem, the cord doesn’t stay plugged in

**Q: Having a hard time setting this up- better instructions online somewhere?**
A: I did too so I returned it

**Q: How do I set it so the green light is on from 7:00am to 9:00pm and the red light is on from 9:01pm to 6:59am?**
A: That’s a great question, I could never figure out how to use this thing so I returned it and got the one with the stoplight/car instead. Good luck.

**Q: Can you set the timer for the sound machine to come on with light?**
A: Yes, that is the alarm function. You can set it for just light, just sound, or both. My son has been going to bed with a color and sound he chooses, and then it switches when the alarm goes off to what I chose.
