Firstly my husband uses one of them as normal but I have breathing problems and have been looking for a pillow I can use upright instead of laid flat as normal. Saw these dearer than I usually pay but I got them used two pillows I had already laid flat and then put this pillow upright. Oh did it work YES my breathing is better no more choking phlem in the morning and I actually slept for 7 hours . Comfortable, just the right firmness, doesn't move in the night, and no sliding down on it, either of us.
