The flexible lower edge makes it perfect for removing paint or using the whole tool as a palette knife to lay down large amounts of paint. It is perfect for decoupage. The more you use it the more uses you will find for it. An indispensable tool in a painting studio.

It can be used to apply and also to scrape workable oil paint, CWM, to blend oil based R&F pigment sticks, for creating texture and mark making. Clean up is simple with baby wipes, vegetable oil, or, odorless minerals spirits...I prefer Gamblin brand.

Great for spreading gesso and easy to clean. I use this primarily for spreading gesso, because I love the smooth, even surface I can achieve. It’s also much faster than using a traditional brush.
