Apply to surface for 5-30 minutes to remove light film. Soak very rusty items for days with periodic agitation. Rinse with cold water., let dry, wipe clean metal with solvent, acetone, let dry apply primer **Q: Does this need to be diluted to use as a rust converter?** A: YES! About 3 parts water to 1 part Phosphoric acid.
