Review: Sugar free flavouring - On keto diet so needed some sugar free flavourings for ice cream, mooses etc. Very strong flavouring so you dont need many drops.
Review: Lovely subtle flavour - I use this (vanilla stevia) to sweeten green tea. I think it's lovely and adds a subtle flavour. If you just want sweetness, I recommend the plain stevia of this brand. This has a vanilla flavour to it as well. Works ridiculously well with green tea. I use it as a syrup substitute. That being said, I don't take my coffee with any sugar. You will not find this as sweet as sugar.

**Q: What is stevia? Natural zero calorie sweetener.**
A: Stevia is a naturally sweet plant native to South America. Its leaves are used to make natural stevia extract, a sugar free sweetener. Did you know there are over 60 different steviol glycosides found within the stevia leaf?

**Q: Is stevia healthy, Sugar free & keto friendly?**
A: Stevia leaves are naturally sweet, with no carbs, no sugar and zero calories. This natural sweetness is extracted into stevia leaf extract (steviol glycosides) – a great keto and sugar free alternative to sugar, syrup or sweetener.

**Q: How do you use stevia drops?**
A: 8 drops (0.4ml) replaces the sweetness of 1 tsp of sugar. Add to tea, coffee, yoghurt, porridge, milk, protein shakes, baking, and much more. Try creating a low cal or keto hazelnut latte, vanilla cappuccino, toffee yogurt or caramel protein shake.
