A: Yes

**Q: Does the glitter come off?**
A: No because it's not glitter its a sliver long piece of tinsel wound inside the thred. In the package i thought it looked a bit strange but it's very lovely and can't fall off which is so nice.

**Q: Are these waterproof or water resistant?**
A: I am not sure, I would think NOT. But you can ask the seller. But I would think NO

**Q: Does it come with a rail?**
A: No, just 4 curtains.
