The New Era MLB Team Classic 39THIRTY cap is a replica of the official on field cap for MLB Baseball, just done in a stretch fit style. It features an embroidered (raised) team logo on front, stitched New Era flag at wearer's left side and stitched alternate team logo on the rear. Interior includes branded taping as well as a moisture absorbing sweatband. Stretch fit styling on closed back.

The dark blue color has not faded, even after many hours in the sun. It is light enough to stay cool. The cap fits true to size. The only thing I would change is that the inner sweatband gets damp quickly during hot weather, requiring more frequent washing. Still, the quality and fit earn it a five-star rating. Must have for the 2025 World Series.

**Q: For  woman, would this fit? What size (in inches) is the hat?**
A: Yes, this would fit women, but the back is closed so there is no where to pull a ponytail through if you wear your hats this way. This hat comes in three sizes and each size has some flexibility because the band on this hat is a flexfit band (elastic). The medium/large size should fit heads with a circumference of 22 3/4 inches to 24 1/4 inches. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
