I had one since 2020 and it is very good. I used it to do online teaching during Covid and use it daily for my work. It gets frequent updates and works like it's brand new every time. My laptop fell few times, after about a millionth fall, it finally starts breaking apart so I had to replace it with another. I bought one in 2023 for my sister and I plan to get one for my husband for his birthday in 2024. I strongly recommend this product.

This is a quality laptop for the money. It’s not a speed demon but quick enough for everyday tasks and light multitasking. It did bog down a little right after I set it up and had Google drive downloading and uploading files simultaneously with OneDrive. But other than that it has been very responsive and quick. It boots up fast, Glary utilities calculated it at 15 seconds this morning. I’ve only used the touchscreen a little but when I have it’s worked perfectly. Overall this is a quality laptop for the money.

Love everything except for the battery life. After 4 hours, the laptop will be at quarter battery life and needs to be plugged in. Touch screen is great and it's fairly lightweight. Good for business and homeschool work.

Functional computer for my needs. Total godsend so I can get things done and the battery runs great. I forget it's a touchscreen sometimes. It's easy to carry and great for higher RAM work.

At the moment I am very happy with my purchase. The laptop has a nice finish and looks stylish. One thing that I didn’t like is the weight. It looks light when you look at it but it is heavier than it seems. The second thing I didn’t like is that it came with Windows 10s. Nothing that can’t be fixed as I downloaded Windows home for free. The laptop handles everyday things like email, web surfing, and creation of documents like a champ. Watching videos and movies is a breeze and you can even play some of your favorite games thanks to its 8GB of Ram and its Ryzen 3 processor. It comes with a 1 month trial of 365 which I do not need since I can access it online from my student account.I would definitely recommend this product.

Great laptop! Very lightweight. Arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge plus for me. The seller is a joy. Everything was “as stated”! Will definitely buy items from again when the need arises!👍👍👍👍

I got this mostly so I would have access to Microsoft Word on a laptop that I could easily hold on my lap to use. I also love the raised keyboard so I can go back to typing without looking! Love the 14” screen size. The 15.5” would have been too big. There are so many bonuses I really didn’t expect and even forget to use, such as the touch screen! Just love this lap top!

This is a good computer for my needs as I am retired and don't need all the bells and whistles. It is fast and easy to set up. The problem I have noticed is the screen goes black frequently for a second and then recovers. I have tried to fix with online advice which worked until I turned the computer off and then turned it back on to use again. I don't want to return it and the window of my return opportunity is getting close. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix?
