Mine only holds a bit over 40 oz. Maybe 40.5.** A: I got the wrong one too. It says 60 ounces on the packaging but it only holds 40 ounces (I measured). It's either a problem with the ad or the product itself. I wonder if anyone got the 60 ounce version? I still like it but this not what I wanted. **Q: Please, can you tell me where this is made?** A: made in China **Q: Does the lid fit tight?** A: Lid Gasket is made to be tight or loose, product page shows both if you look and read it. To change it, just flip the gasket upside down or right-side up depending on if you want loose or tight. **Q: Can it be used on ceramic hobs?** A: I personally would not. I really like mine. It's pretty delicate. It seems too thin fragile for much more especially heat. This is beautiful for summer drinks or water but not for much more. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy handle, easy to clean, lovely design. *by on Reviewed in the United States 28 August 2026* I bout this pitcher because it looked like the sturdiest handle available on lighter-weight glass pitchers. My observation proved true. I highly recommend this lovely pitcher. The other reason I bought it is that you can fit your hand thru the top opening for cleaning it easily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saúde no vidro é saudável *by on Reviewed in Brazil 11 September 2026* Delicada e linda. Amei. Use vidro para água e refrescos. Plástico jamais. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly Heat Resistant *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 6 September 2025* It is truly heat resistant... I have been boiling water with it for coffee and tea... No complaints ## Frequently Bought Together - SUSTEAS 2.0 Liter 68oz Glass Pitcher with Lid, Easy Clean Heat Resistant Glass Water Carafe with Handle for Hot/Cold Beverages - Water, Cold Brew, Iced Tea & Juice, With 1 Long-Handled Brush Included - 2 Liter 68 oz Glass Pitcher with Lid and Spout, Bivvclaz Glass Carafe for Hot/Cold Water, Large Iced Tea Pitcher for Coffee, Juice and Homemade Beverage - Yirilan Glass Pitcher,74oz/2.2 Liter Water Pitcher with Lid,Beverage Serveware,Iced Tea Pitcher,Water Carafe Handle,Heat Resistant Borosilicate Jug（with Mixing Spoon and Cup Brush） --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/174022424-susteas-2-liter-2g-glass-jar-with-lid-easy-clean](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/174022424-susteas-2-liter-2g-glass-jar-with-lid-easy-clean) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
