I wear a 32 and I had two spare holes to work with. A small couple complaints I have are the stiffness of the belt, and how frickin shiny it is. I'm not sure if the belts shown in the images of the ad are from a more worn in belt but the one I got was a bit shiny, almost like a dress belt. I imagine with wear it'll look closer to the pictures in the ad. The adjustability of the belt is okay, it has five holes in total that span approximately a 5" span of leather. All in all, the quality of the belt is very good, it seems sturdy and well made.
