It holds a lot of ice and keeps it cold for a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like it so much I stopped using my Nalgenes *by B***D on July 26, 2023* I've been using a couple 32-oz Nalgene bottles for literal decades, for pretty much every part of life except biking. Then, almost two years ago, i bought one of these because I needed a replacement lid, and the bottle with a set of three lids wasn't that much more expensive. Turns out, I like these Iron Flask bottles enough better that the others have become reluctantly-used backups. So much so that I just bought myself a 2nd Iron Flask and will be relegating the others to camping use only. I can't say for sure that these will last through 23 years and counting of regular use like the Nalgene bottles did, but so far the year-old one is looking pretty good even right next to the week-old one. My kid's two-year-old bottle doesn't look new anymore, but it doesn't seem likely to fail any time soon, either.
