They paid the shipping cost too. It works just as it should. What a great company that really stands behind their products. And it's really a great product. Mated to a fire stick this gives a great picture and I can watch TV including live TV outside on the terrace. The battery lasts 8-12 hours of normal use. It has a power jack to supply power to streaming video sticks. However, I can at least tell you that with the Roku stick I needed to use the extension cable that came with it to get it to fit (along with the power plug) in the cabinet. Also, if in full sun you will need to keep the back cover popped open or the stick will overheat. It does not include any streaming service but I have an Amazon stick hooked up in back that I use with the hotspot on my phone and it works great. The volume could be louder. It’s a little disappointing but we have a Bluetooth speaker we can run the Aux cable to for better sound so that’s not a big deal. I do wish you could use a USB stick to play movies off of but that’s not a huge issue. Can always buy streaming android box and load the USB through that. Or a HDMI to USB connection. Setup is super easy and it works great.
